Someone on your side of the claim.
Your insurer has its own loss adjuster. Find an independent loss assessor near you who prepares, argues and negotiates your claim for you.
How it works
-
1
Search your postcode
See independent loss assessors working near you, filtered by the kind of claim you're making: fire, flood, escape of water, theft and more.
-
2
Get in touch
Send a short enquiry or phone them directly. Ask how they charge (usually a percentage of the settlement) and get the terms in writing.
-
3
Let them handle it
Your assessor prepares the claim, gathers the evidence and deals with your insurer's loss adjuster, so you don't have to.
Adjuster or assessor?
A loss adjuster is appointed and paid by your insurer to assess the claim on the insurer's behalf.
A loss assessor is appointed by you. They work only for you, putting your claim together and negotiating with the insurer to get you a fair settlement.
